MEETING & DISCOVERY CALL

We set up a phone meeting or video conference to discuss your project. This is a great opportunity for you to get to know me and ask any questions that you have and for me to learn about your business and design needs. We will discuss available spots in my design calendar and your project timeline. If we decide that we are a good fit, I will then send you a Contract and Deposit Invoice.

WELCOME PACKET & CLIENT HOMEWORK

After setting a date for your project to begin, you will receive a Welcome Packet detailing your content preparation, design timeline and due dates. Content preparation will include gathering written copy, logo, images*, etc. for your website. Your packet will also include a Design Questionnaire to gather information about your business, brand, existing marketing materials, target audience, etc. so that I can best tell your story. All content is due before step 3 can begin.*Stock photography and graphics can be sourced and provided for an additional fee.

MOOD BOARD & MOCK-UP

In about a week, you will receive a Mood Board and Mock-up of your website. These will show you the colors, fonts and look of your custom site.

WEBSITE BUILD & REVIEW

Once you approve the Mood Board and Mock-up, I will begin building your website. After I have completed a first draft, you will have a chance to provide feedback and I will make any design or content changes you request.

LAUNCH DAY!

Once we have made all revisions and you are in love with your new website, we will schedule a launch date and you will receive an invoice for the balance of your design fees. I will walk you through setting up your Squarespace plan and connecting your domain name. We will also have a conference call / screen share session where I will walk you through your new website and give you a tutorial on how to use Squarespace. I will also provide you with 2 weeks of follow-up tech support for any questions or minor tweaks to your website. Congratulations on your new website!
