The Process - Branding

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE DESIGN PROCESS FROM MOOD BOARD TO LAUNCH.

MEETING & DISCOVERY CALL

We set up a phone meeting or video conference to discuss your project. This is a great opportunity for you to get to know me and ask any questions that you have and for me to learn about your business and design needs. We will discuss available spots in my design calendar and your project timeline. If we decide that we are a good fit, I will then send you a Contract and Deposit Invoice.

WELCOME PACKET & CLIENT HOMEWORK

You will receive a Welcome Packet and a link to the Branding Design Questionnaire to gather information about your business, existing marketing materials, brands that inspire you and your target audience, etc. so that I can best tell your story. All applicable content is due two days before the start date of your project.

MOOD BOARD & MOCK-UP

In about a week, you will receive a Mood Board and Mock-up of your logo. These will show you the colors, fonts and look of your brand identity. You can send feedback and/or approval via e-mail or we can set up a conference call. Final approval of the Mood Board and Mockup is required before designing your Brand Essentials (Launch Graphics, Business Cards & Social Media Graphics).

BRAND ESSENTIALS DESIGN & REVIEW

Once you approve the Mood Board and Mock-up, I design your Brand Essentials. After I have completed a first draft, you will have a chance to provide feedback and I will make any design or content changes you request.

DELIVERY!

Once we have made all revisions and you are in love with your new brand identity, you will receive a digital branding package including your brand style guide, logo & submark (web + print ready), launch graphics, business card design and social media images.
