+ WHAT WEBSITE PLATFORMS DO YOU DESIGN ON?

I exclusively design on Squarespace. I find it to be the most user-friendly platforms for my clients. You can read more about why I choose Squarespace here.

+ HOW MUCH DOES SQUARESPACE COST?

+ DO YOU OFFER SQUARESPACE SUPPORT?

I offer a virtual one-on-one tutorial and two weeks of post launch support with every website design package. Al-a-carte services are available here.

+ DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

I require a deposit of 50% at the signing of your contract. The balance of your design fee is due at launch.

+ HOW DO YOU PROCESS PAYMENTS?

I accept payment via PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or mailed check.

+ WHEN CAN WE START?

We will choose a start date giving you enough time to gather the necessary content for your website or branding and to answer my Design Questionnaire.

+ HOW LONG WILL MY PROJECT TAKE?

Website Design packages take 3-4 weeks. Branding Packages take 2-3 weeks. Timelines are dependent on client’s submission of content.

+ WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE READY?

After your contract is signed, I will send you a Welcome Packet and Design Questionnaire. These will provide you with a checklist of the content you need to provide me with before I can get started.

+ WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DOMAIN NAME & HOSTING?

A domain name is the address for your website. Hosting is the space on a server where all of your website content is stored. Squarespace is a platform for designing and hosting your website.

+ CAN YOUR WRITE COPY AND PROVIDE IMAGES FOR MY WEBSITE?

I can not provide copy for websites, but I am happy to refer you to an excellent copywriter. I can source and provide stock photography, flat icons & illustrations at an additional fee.

+ DO YOU OFFER GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES?

I offer a wide array of graphic design services outside of my Branding Package. These services can be found in the al-a-carte services on my website.

I do not offer printing services, however I am happy to refer you to an online printer and answer any questions about the ordering process.
